"The room layout was really awkward other than that we enjoyed our stay."

"The staff made me feel like they were inconvenienced when I was asking questions"

"Missed having a coffee maker in our room. Bed was very comfortable and room was very clean. Very friendly and accommodating staff."

"I love this property. It is beautiful inside and out. The rooms are clean and beautifully decorated. The outdoor space is decorated with flowers. There is plenty of space to enjoy the outside with a gorgeous view of the bridge and the water. I always say it's my favorite place to stay!"

"Great service and friendly staff!"

"Third stay with them in two years, love location."

"We loved our stay, nice and quiet, the balcony was a definite plus and the room was immaculate!"

"The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean. It was smaller than we expected, but given this is an older building that is how it is. There was no microwave in the room and didn't find out until the 2nd day that there was one in a room to the side of the front desk that guests can use. I was very disappointed in two things: the view and the pillows. I specifically called to ask if the lake view rooms have a full lake view and the staff person said "Yes". What they don't tell you is...

"This hotel is not handicap user friendly. There are big brick thresholds at the doors into the rooms which require a huge step to get in. I also struggled leaving, as once you step over the big brick threshold the cement walk is slanted away from the building and threw me off balance. And there are no grab bars for getting in and out of the tub. Also the patio door would not open. That said, the view over the lake was beautiful, especially the day we were leaving as there were 2 freighters...

"Good location"

"Holiday Inn never disappoints. They have the best breakfast choices and many of them. The rooms are always clean. Beds are pretty comfy. My only complaint about this particular hotel was the bathroom sink out in the room instead of in the bathroom. But there’s nothing they can do to change that. Just poor design."

"The whole experience was amazing start to finish Thank you for a great trip!"

"My card was supposed to be charged on check in but when I arrived was told no they charge them the MORNING of check in! My sister was planning on putting it on her card."
