"The rooms were large and well equipped. The staff was friendly, helpful, and had excellent English. There is dinner available at the on site restaurant. It was both reasonably priced and delicious. Breakfast, included in the room rate, was also great. "

"The hotel is in a very old, charming, building with an interior that almost brings to mind colonial times. That said, it is showing some wear and tear and the old heating system was definitely keeping things toasty despite the cold weather.
Staff was excellent and very friendly and most, but not all, could communicate in English.
The breakfast is very mediocre with just toast, single-serving yoghurt, cereal, juice and coffee. There was also something that looked like scrambled eggs and it...

"The hotel is centrally located in the historic punta arenas. Most tour companies will do the pick up and drop off at this location. The staff were excellent and it’s close to restaurants and supermarket. Everything is walking distance."
