The bed was comfortable, although the room only offered a small, frosted window, v so I could only tell if it was day or night and one what the weather was like if I heard pouring rain. "I had booked a "Deluxe" room which was supposed to have coffeemaker and toiletries. All I could find was a cake of soap. Pros: good location. 5 minutes' walk to Chhatrapati Shivaj Terminus. Bed was comfortable. Cons: the room looked as though it had not been cleaned thoroughly in a long time. Bed linen and towel had to be changed. "
