"We arrived late Friday the booking was really easy, the staff were very professional. We went to are room and found it very comfy and clean. We stayed for two nights. The breakfast was excellent the food was plenty and constantly being replenished and was hot. The staff at the breakfast area were very good and helpful. We found the prices at the bar not cheap but the staff were very good serving the drinks. Would definitely book this hotel again, right in the centre not far from Birmingham New St station."

"Situated on the ground floor during a heatwave wasn’t great. We were left wondering if all the rooms in the hotel were full and perhaps they could have located us in a room with a window that opened. The young man who served us for the evening meal was very attentive and very polite which was nice to see. Not so the staff at breakfast."
