"Nice clean rooms and friendly staff"

"The stay was above and beyond. The room was perfect, so clean and the nice big shower was awesome. The kickback we checked in during was such a fun idea, plus the free 3 drinks for my wife and I and the free food was so nice to show up to after a 6 hour drive."

"This hotel is very close to airport around 10min from Chattanooga airport, it’s modern in the reception area, the carpet in the room could do with a deep clean, and the window runners. Breakfast ends at 10.00 which was not enough time for me when on holiday. There is no lift so means lifting your luggage up stairs. So my overall rating is 4 stars good but needs more improvements. No room safe, so you have to take all your valuable with you every day."

"Really nice and clean hotel especially for the price. The Innside restaurant was absolutely amazing proper Mom and Pop shop that has been in Chattanooga for over 30 years. Now the cons- the receptionist had a passive aggressive attitude, and at night many people were outside our door making lot's of noise and finally our room also was tricky to get in as the card sometimes straight up refused to work. However, the room was exceptional, and the diner was wholesome. I will come back to the...

"We were promptly greeted and given the room we asked for. The room was freshly painted and clean. We really appreciated the complimentary shampoo, conditioner and lotion- smelled so good. The steamer came in handy! The gym was well equipped and the breakfast has something for everyone. We enjoyed our stay."

"My husband and I originally booked a one bedroom cabin for .two nights but we loved it so much we stayed one extra! Our cabin was rustic, romantic and quiet. The wood burning fireplace, jetted tub and rockers on the covered porch were lovely. The bed was very comfortable with nice linens and the bathroom appeared to be recently updated. There were some cobwebs and the floors could have been cleaner but it all just added character. Our dog loved it as well with plenty of room to run around and...

"Beautiful upscale hotel in a very walkable neighborhood in the center of downtown CHATTANOOGA. A wonderful place to stay!"

"Stay there each visit to Chattanooga Convenient location, reasonable priced and very comfortable rooms, especially when you need to work remotely"

"Great stay and friendly staff."

"If you’re looking to stay near Rock City and Ruby Falls, then this location is worth a look. Overall, the room was cozy and clean. The bathroom could use a good remodeling and a better, as the ceiling had some moldy spots and there was hair in the floor. The property itself would benefit from some maintenance, but for the location, it’s not a bad stay."
