"It was a great location. We arrived around 3:00 but no staff to check us in. A sign stated someone would be back shortly. We watched the staff enter from the parking lot. May a 10 minute wait. We mentioned this to the bartender who replied that people need a bathroom break from time to time. The elevator looked like a service elevator. The floor was uncarpeted and walls scuffed up. Our room, on the fourth floor had a view of the roof. The wood boards covering the duct work were weathered...

"Great location just outside of town for a reasonable price. Bike path directly across the highway leads into the downtown area - rides along the lake."

"Would recommend that if you pay more for a lake view room know that you may only see the lake if you’re standing at the window looking out at a sharp angle. A better description would have been partial lake view. Additionally, there are roof top blowers that go all the time from either below or from the adjacent property. Couldn’t have windows open. Too high a price for what you get"

"This is really an extended-stay hotel but I was only there for a couple nights. My room was clean and comfortable and everything looked new-ish and modern. I did notice some TV noise coming through the wall from the adjacent room but it wasn't enough to keep me awake. I appreciated the microwave and refrigerator, but beware that the kitchenette is completely bare in terms of dishes or utensils, not even a plastic spoon/fork/knife set included."

"After spending 12 hellish hours on the road due to highway closures car, accident accidents and a police chase all I wanted to do who’s going to my room watch TV and fall asleep. But I couldn’t do that because the TV was not working and if you wanted it to work, you had to download an app take a picture of a little QR code from your phone from your private phone for a business to watch TV. I don’t wanna do that. I should not have to download an app on my private cell phone to access a TV at a...

"The room was clean and well kept. Because of the lights above the door to our room, there were always bugs on the door that occasionally got into the room. Staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was below average. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub several times during our stay but I did think there could be more care/maintenance to those areas. Overall it was an enjoyable stay."

"It was very difficult to get a hold of the staff because on the website it states you have to be checked in before midnight. After searching for a phone number that was not disconnected i finally got inContact with someone and they said how to get in the room and check in after was fine. The bathroom was extremely small but for two nights it was fine but for longer stays may be annoying. Would definitely recommend more outlets as well."
