"Hotel is way outside the city centre. Next to large fenced off industrial site. I was told in reception there is free minibar… ok, thanks. Always a pleasure. But it was completely empty!!!! Not even a soft drink.. next morning the water was shut off for 1 hour.. without notice. Not nice experience. "

"For some reason our reservation was booked for the wrong day in the hotels own system, but the receptionist saved the situation very well and we got the last available room for our family. Service was great and the relaxing spa after driving the whole day was perfect!"
