"I enjoyed my stay at Harrahs. The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I ordered room service food from the grill which arrived quickly and tasted fresh. The only thing I was wondering was why The Bridges didn't have room service. I did go to Bridges for breakfast and it tasted fresh and flavorful. I enjoyed the casino with had a good selection of slots, but I would stay there even without gaming. I enjoyed it very much."

"This property has a 7.6 rating on the Expedia website - this needs to definitely be updated. When driving into the property the weeds around the property were 4-5 feet tall and limbs (some relatively big) had fallen from a tree and were just left there. The hotel smelled musty and smoky. We were given a room on the second floor. When we got on the elevator, I noticed that the inspection had expired in May 2026 (we were there Sep 2026). "Showers didnt work properly, holes all over walls in room, poor maintance upkeep in the room and terrible around the outside of facilities "

"Every one of the staff that we interacted with were so friendly and professional! We just had one night there but I’ve got to say that the beds were so comfortable! The dinner they had was delectable! Breakfast the next morning was really good too! I didn’t realize Drury Inn is dog friendly. I would have brought my two pooches! I’ll know now to bring along Gracie and Lucy!!"

"WiFi, while working for the clerk, did not work in our room. Clerk could not fix it but kept insisting there was nothing wrong. He changed his mind when he came in the room and lost signal."

"Why booked the room on our return trip back through didnt have any issues the first time but the 2nd trip we were on 3rd floor the shower had mold in it and i asked for extra coffee and they gave it to me no problem but we got to our room no coffee pot i called someone had broken the pot and they didnt have one to replace it or offer to get another one from an empty room or move us coffee drinkers understand u wake up u want that 1st cup of coffee at the hotel its a comveince u pay for"
