"Breakfast was excellent and evening meals were good value for money. The staff were friendly, kind and very helpful. The hotel's location was perfect with adjacent parking for our classic car. It was right on the market square and the bus stop with a regular bus service was just outside. The room was good and clean. We had a small issue with a partly blocked shower drain and it was dealt with straight away. The weather was very hot and the room was rather warm and difficult to cool. On the final morning we had to leave early to catch a ferry and we were told that a breakfast would be prepared and left outside our room. This did not happen."

"Such a great boutique hotel with amazing friendly staff. Room well furnished and in a good size. Everything is provided from free mini bar which is refilled daily to extra pillow, slippers, fan, iron and iron board. Breakfast is included with the room and it is so yummy. The hotel is in a perfect location in Douglas promenade with many shops and places to eat. It is the best hotel and best location in Douglas."
