"Our room was nothing like the pictures on Expedia that shows a renovated, clean room. I was told by the clerk that the pictures are of the handicapped room that was updated. Our room was dirty. Dirty floors. Dirty bathroom. Bed was uncomfortable as you could feel the springs. Bathtub stained. Shower curtain dirty. Towels stained. Worst experience in years. We will not return nor recommend."

"Nice and clean. Staff got us in before check-in. Breakfast was meh...no better or worse than your standard continental breakfast. (Good sausage...but no waffles! They had pancake maker instead.) The shower in our room was OUTSTANDING. Good water pressure, easy to control, nice fixtures... We will stay there again if in Spring Hill."

"The person at the front counter was rude. When we asked for batteries for the remote thst did not work she said tou can come get them and in the middle if the conversation hung up on my wife. She was extremely rude."

"The room was disgusting. Lights did not work, floor was sticky, towels were discolored, no soap or shampoo provided, the chair was cracked and the mattresses were terrible. I will never stay here again!"

"It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful. The only thing i wasn't particularly impressed with was the breakfast. Not a lot of items that i can eat. Healthier food items would be nice. We definitely will be staying there next year."

"The house was immaculate upon arrival. The area is beautiful - set in a more rural area near Columbia, TN. There was a pond on the property our dogs enjoyed walking to each day. The provided toiletries (toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, etc) and snacks were appreciated. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are visiting our family. "
