"Room was very musty - why have they not used an ozonater to ensure a fresh room? Had to search, move furniture, get on my knees in a poorly lit room to find an electric outlet that worked. Both bedside outlets were loose. Wall outlet was dead. Plugs would not stay plugged into the lamp outlet. Finally found an outlet that worked; but, when I turned the entry light off for the night, the outlet to my phone and laptop chargers unexpectedly lost electric. "I spent a week at the Richland Inn. The room was very basic. It would be an acceptable choice for someone who is not fussy and who is on a tight budget. There was no soap in the room and no hangers; an iron – – but no ironing board. Since there was no soap, there was no soap dish. So when they provided the soap that I requested, it caked and stuck onto the countertop. The continental breakfast was waffles, white bread, bagels, that were not good, and the only cereals were sweetened, i.e.,...

"The house was immaculate upon arrival. The area is beautiful - set in a more rural area near Columbia, TN. There was a pond on the property our dogs enjoyed walking to each day. The provided toiletries (toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, etc) and snacks were appreciated. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are visiting our family. "
