"We really enjoyed our stay here. I had no idea it was inclusive till we showed up and would have thought it was good value for just the room. The dining hall was excellent and the adults only pool was appreciated. The beach is amazing - although not all parts are great for swimming. Great place to relax for a few days."

"Beautiful property. The location on the beach is amazing and the swimming pools are huge. Breakfast was awesome. Rooms are beautiful and I liked the balcony. Couple of areas to improve would be to clean up the beach every morning to make sure it is tidy and ask guests to stop "reserving" beach chairs by putting the towel on at 6:30 AM and keeping it "reserved." We also had dinners in the Italian restaurant and it was great. Overall, great value in a beautiful area. We would return. After...

"All previous comments about conditions of hotel are about to be right. But I want to add that the staff was was extremely helpful and nice. Specially for a single mom and teen daughter. We bout felt very safe there. More than in any country we visit before. The entertainment team at this hotel was absolutely outstanding. They worked from morning until midnight with endless energy, smiles, and dedication, making sure every guest felt involved and happy. Their positivity created an amazing...

"The room wasn't really clean; we had ants in the wardrobe. The staff were indifferent, and the food wasn't the best—Friday's dinner consisted of leftovers from the entire week. We will never return to this hotel. There is a huge difference between the one in Hammamet and the one in Djerba."

"Parfait"

"Claen room Staff not that helpful Pool need to be repaired Breakfast ok"

"Rien a redire"

"The food sucks but everything else is great"

"Id give the staff 10/10 rating. At least to me they were all so nice, respectful and very helpful. Rooms are clean, that’s not a problem. The issue with this resort is the property was kinda let go and not well maintained for a hotel/resort that is classified as a 5 star hotel. Yes we had everything we needed in our room. But the closet were falling apart, walls were stained and the fridge although it’s hidden was rusty and old. I wouldn’t complain about the food because it’s given to have the...
