Für die Abreise welche unüblicherweise früh um 10 ist, muss eine grosse Checkliste abgearbeitet werden, ansonsten wird mit zusätzlichen Kosten gedroht. Die Umgebung, der Platz am See war schön."

"I was incredibly surprised to find such a gem in Lugano. ALLthe staff (front desk, restaurant, gym, spa) were warm and welcoming and most important competent. The rooms are sparse but super clean and functional apartments. I enjoyed the spa services and products as well as the gym classes. The restaurant was the biggest surprise- should have a Michelin star. Excellent food, presentation and knowledgable and attentive staff. The view is gorgeous- i fact we saw an end to end rainbow one day...
