"Wonderful period building literally 3 minutes walk from Albert Dock. Hotel was clean and well equipped and had a real boutique feel. Staff were ama ing and so friendly and helpful. Special mentions to Gill and the Spanish gentleman who was working on the day I checked out. "Nice hotel, staff were pleasant on check in. Room easy to find. I like the darker look of the room, it’s easier for me to sleep. However unfortunately we didn’t sleep very well as the room was just so hot. There was a desk fan thankfully, it’s just unfortunate that the weather was warm & so we were only pushing around hot air. Bed/pillows were comfortable. Decent sized room. Slight noise from other hotel room doors banging shut, but not much can be done about that. The location of the hotel...

"The room was exactly what we needed. Close to all the cool stuff. Had a little kitchen, so we saved some money on food. Last day, we tried the breakfast which was delicious. Room was clean. Easy to use laundry facilities. Staff was super friendly and helpful throughout. Gave us directions, helpful tips, etc. When we were leaving, our next accommodation cancelled, and they helped us look for new ones. Would stay here and any of their locations again."

"It was OK. Bed was comfy but the room could have done with a proper deep clean. Bathroom although seemingly clean on surface smelt like wee and we had blood on our curtains (we didn’t see this until the morning) - we would have asked to have moved rooms if spotted when we checked in. We were just in a rush at check in to drop bags and get to a concert. Location is good."

"Overall it was a pleasant stay. Location was excellent and parking for 48 hours is included. But.. do not stay in a heatwave like we did. I know it’s a rare occurrence, but in the summer, this must be a real issue. The windows do not open effectively (tiny gap) and although a fan is provided, it really did nothing. A winter hotel for me for sure."

"Clean room. It looked newly refurbished. Air con was excellent considering the heatwave. Very lovely stay. It wasn’t the best breakfast that I’ve had from a stay bridge suite, but overall a great stay."
