"This goes down as the worst place I have ever stayed. It was gross, the sheets and pillows smelled. The floor was gross, the place is a pit. I slept on top of the bed on a blanket I brought and used my pillows. The towel was so worn and small and tge floor mat was probably 10 years old. My pup coukd not poo, due to all the goat head stickers. I had to pull them out of her paws and my sneakers. So gross."

"The rooms are mediocre at best. Ours had badly stained carpet, and the bathroom door was scratched and damaged along the bottom, as though an animal had been locked inside. One elevator was malfunctioning, and we nearly got stuck in it one morning. When I told the front desk, the employee acted as though this was a common occurrence and showed little concern. The “gym” is also a smelly joke. The worst part, however, was the customer service. I was there on business and needed to check out one...
