"Great place for us to stay"

"Overall, I had a good experience. That being said, I stayed in two different rooms. The first room was in the newer part of the building and it was so cold. No heat came out of the vents. I was miserable. The second night I stayed in the older part, it was fantastic."

"I stayed here for the convenience to mall of america big mistake. Between being next to the elevator ,the airplanes flying over, loud heater turning on&off, lumpy bed& doors being slammed absolutely no sleep.The toilet seat looked like someone took bites out of it & it never flushed all the way.No shoveling or plowing of the property. Stay elsewhere."

"This was our first time staying here and it was well worth it. The lady who checked us in was extremely nice. She answered all of our questions and was so helpful. I wish we could get that type of customer service everywhere. Nice job. The room and location was great too!"

"The common areas were dirty probably due to the weather. The parking lot and area in front of the entrance was very icy and slippery. The receptionist was on a personal call the entire time while checking me in. There was no place to get cold water. The pantry was poorly stocked."

"My son had a great time in the water park and the staff was excellent. The food was good with lots of family friendly activities and with the Mall of America so close there's even more opportunities for family fun. My only complaints were a very uncomfortable bed that was one of the worst I have ever slept on and the fact that everything is so expensive to the point our family ate at MOA most of the time because it was less expensive."
