"First we came no electricity no towels TV doesn’t work and the telephone doesn’t work every time I have to go two story down to the front desk and tell them I didn’t have towels or electricity or telephone doesn’t work or AC doesn’t work. It wasn’t pleasant at all."

"Fui y nunca pude ingresar ya que no habia nadie en la recepcion. Cuando pude comunicarme telefonicamente me dijetron que no tenia ninguna reserva. Tuve que conseguir otro alojamiento por mis propios medios"

"Really enjoyed my stay. The staff at reception were attentive. They answered all my questions, helped me organize transfers, and gave good instructions to the property. One of the guys helped us with our cases. It was just me and my husband, but there was plenty of room in the cabana if you have a family as it also had a trundle bed, pool and playground onsite. You can pull right outside of your cabana if you have a car, but we elected with the price of rental cars to just get taxis everywhere....
