"Putting a rope to force people into a line just to get breakfast is completely ridiculous. It creates a long and unnecessary wait because people are still deciding what they want to eat while standing there. This is simply bad management and poor planning. I travel frequently and have stayed in many hotels, and I have never seen such a poorly organized breakfast setup. It honestly feels like you are trying to discourage guests from eating there. "The air conditioning leaked the entire stay, water literally dripping constantly on the floor, toilet continued to get stopped up, water in shower/tub took a very very long time to drain and the faucet near sink was barely attached to the wall. At check in the service desk didn't explain my total for payment, I booked through expedia and my total was different than when booked through expedia. when I asked why all she kept saying was how did I know my total that was due.. She did not explain...
