"I had a very good experience at this hotel. The staff was always friendly, helpful, and willing to assist with anything we needed. The pool was excellent, very clean and perfect for relaxing, and the food was also very good throughout our stay. The only issue we noticed was that the drains in our room were partially clogged, which should be checked and improved. Overall, I definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again."

"Wow just wow Booked a king with ocean view They had a problem with door card reader. When I was checking in they were repairing it. So they upgraded me to a villa and holy cow now I know how rich people live!!! The staff were really friendly and knowledgeable about the area around the hotel. My wife is a clean freak, she was impressed with the cleanliness. It truly made our trip even more memorable!!!"

"I would give this place 4.25 stars in actuality. It's pretty, they have an hourly shuttle to and from Key West, there was plenty of parking in the garage, they have boat tours that you can take right on the grounds, the shower was large, and overall the room was nice. The elevator was very slow and sounded like metal grinding which was concerning and the toilet didn't flush right. If they did a tad more updating it would be much nicer but overall we weren't disappointed with our stay. We also...

"Beautiful hotel. Nice view of the sunsets. Close by diner at resort . The only complaint is the floors were sandy when we didn’t even go in the sand . They should try leaving the room a broom and have rugs by the door . This would help immensely. "

The sliding glass door, toilet and ceiling fan were all broken to some degree. most of the amenities or not included the way the website makes it seem, you have to pay separately for everything and they are ridiculously over priced. Also charges multiple daily fees that aren’t explained until check out "

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Key West / The Keys Collection. The property was clean, comfortable, and had such a relaxing resort-style atmosphere, especially around the pool area.
