"Patience at the front desk was so wonderful and pleasant. Everything was clean and the poolside bar/grill had a delicious selection of food and drinks. We had a hiccup with the keys to the room but was accommodated nicely. Would book again ! :)"

"This is a fun place to stay. I don't mind the resort fees here as they actually have a resort. Awesome pool, bar, food truck/restaurant. Food is legit! The gay pride stuff is over the top in the lobby and pool area. I'd say tone that down a bit. Just like I wouldn't want to walk in and see posters of Trump all over the place, I prefer to not see political ideology markers while I'm on vacation. "AC didnt work in the room, couldn't get anyone to come fix it before we left AND couldn't find us another room. Sleeping in 85 degrees was less than ideal. Hotel itself was incredible, staff was great, room was god awful and twice as much as anywhere else on the island"

"I’m extremely disappointed with my stay this weekend. The room was not clean and the condition of the bedding was unacceptable. The sheets and covers were visibly dirty, which made me question whether the room had been properly cleaned before we arrived. On top of the cleanliness issues, the way the situation was handled by the staff was very disappointing.
