"I am not one to complain, I chose this hotel because of good reviews - not sure if these people stayed in the same hotel I did.
The first room (113) smelled like cigarettes and the air conditioner was literally in pieces on the floor, thankfully they moved us to a different room that had working AC and didn't smell. The shower had mold, dispensers were empty, floors were not clean, the hallway carpets are stained, elevators are filthy. The first night they changed out the towels but never touched the room, second night we didn't even get towels. The front desk was always very nice and accommodating though - they gave us clean towels.
It appears this is a newer hotel, but has not been maintained at all, it is not being cleaned, and is rapidly falling into the Red Roof Inn category. There are many other name-brand hotels on the same street, I would advise using them."
