"Room serviceable and reasonably clean. Staff perfunctory. This is a good location for me and compared to others in the area that are probably nicer but a lot more expensive, it is a good deal for me. The linens and towels were good. No coffee. That kitchenette they show is the deluxe room Other rooms have a small fridge and a microwave. Nice little table in the room. "

"This is an adorable location on the water for a small family. Our only major hiccup was that the hosts provided ZERO communication, both prior and during our stay, and after numerous attempts to reach them. The facility was very smoky when we arrived and the gas stove barely works.
