"The property itself is amazing. Near by the Porto exclusive area. All the staff are amazing Lobo, Font Desk receptionist, is incredibly helpful. The staff at Murano rest assured me all requests I have been asked The area itself has a lot to do, but without the crowds as the old town has. The Kotor Old Town is about 25 mins away in car. We rent a car and was the best idea."

"Really nice hotel. Very comfortable. Great black out blinds for sleeping. The only negative thing I would say is the mattress was very firm to the point of hard, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. Everything else was really lovely and stylish and I loved all the original art throughout the property."

Several hidden charges, including daily residential taxes, insurance and “service charges” which are not disclosed at check in but which you’re billed for at check out (about €20 extra per each day of my stay). You will also need to pay an additional €8 “delivery charge” for room service which is unheard of. Food at the hotel is also very much overpriced and again, not worth it. The only thing going for this property is the view but any other properties on the bay...
