"The Bilene Lodge was a very nice self-catering apartment accommodation. The bathrooms and bedrooms were particularly impressive. I suggest getting a 2nd floor apartment to fully enjoy the view. The staff is very warm and inviting. They speak both English and Portuguese."

The location is good, fairly close to the beach, the restaurant is lively with a great view, but my room didn't look like it had been cleaned properly. I found a few earbuds and bottle tops on the floor. The sink was blocked and had to be cleaned out. The room was really nothing else but a room, and everything about it seemed worn and old.
