"I stayed at Best Western Hotel from 31 December 2025 to 5 January 2026.
The full amount for the stay was paid during check-in and split 50/50 between myself and my friend. However, on 22 January, I noticed an unauthorized charge of AED 3,033.71 made by the hotel to my card.

"A lovely hotel in a lovely ski resort. Great views on the mountains from the spa facilities. Unfortunately, there is a big problem with the staff at the reception and also in the spa facilities. "I want to start from the beginning. Oto, who was at the front desk, was very nice, helpful, and welcoming. He explained everything in detail, which made us feel comfortable right away.
