"The hotel was ok but the room was too small for 3 people and was very much like a UK travel lodge, clean but basic. The main issue was the room was also far too hot, no air conditioning. It was disappointing that considering the views the rooms don’t have balconies, most of the others in the area ..."

"Very clean and nice looking smallish hotel. Wasn't where I expected as was a little way out of the main town of Stepantsminda (3 or 4 km i think), but that is my mistake.
