"We stayed there at the aparts. It was a very good experience for us. We had a balcony covered up with lovely flowers. Rooms are comfy and clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. If you have a problem just go find Berkay and it will be solved right away:) Just be aware that some of the eco. aparts does not have windows in the bedroom. Have fun! "

"This hotel was beyond filthy. The second I walked into the room, the stench hit me. The bathroom was revolting – mold all over the tiles, a disgusting shower, and a toilet that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. It was so nasty I didn’t even want to touch anything. For the money I spent, I expected at least a clean room, but instead I got this dump. I felt dirtier after staying here than before I checked in. They “changed” our room the next day, but guess what? It was just as filthy. Nothing improved. On top of that, the staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Zero customer service, zero care for guests. This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Stay far, far away from this place. Total waste of money and a disgusting nightmare. 1* hotel!!!!"
