Dies wad dann doch nicht möglich. Dies ist sehr ärgerlich, wenn man frühzeitig fahren muss, aber auch keine Erstattung für den Frühstückspreis erhält. Problemlösung Fehlanzeige. "

"Beautiful hotel in a quiet, scenic part of the city. The number 9 tram takes you from the Hague central directly to a stop across from the hotel. Hop on that tram again and get to the beach in about 10 minutes. There's a nice grocery store about a 15 minute walk along the canal and through an authentic Dutch residential area. A couple of points: to get on/off public transit requires scanning your bank or credit card. Had I known this in advance, I might have brought a card for transit use...

"Das Personal ist durchweg sehr freundlich und stets bemüht. Sonst gibt es allerdings nichts Gutes über dieses Hotel zu sagen. Die Zimmer sind uralt und müffeln, das Bad stinkt und die Abflüsse funktionieren nicht richtig. Es ist unglaublich hellhörig, man hört jedes Geräusch im Flur sowie im Nebenzimmer von morgens bis abends, ständig bellt irgendwo ein Hund. Der Frühstücksraum gleicht vom Ambiente her einer Bahnhofshalle, auch was den Geräuschpegel angeht. Billigste Qualität beim Frühstück, das...

"Mooi hotelletjes echt top! Helaas deed de verwarming op de kamer het niet, of er was alleen airco dat kan ook. Dat is in de zomer natuurlijk niet nodig! Dat was het enige minpuntje voor de rest echt een mooi hotel!"

"A bit out of the way unless you have business with the international organizations near by but an excellent facility with really great staff. Breakfast could improve with fresh juice and more protein options. Comfy rooms with good amenities. "

"The location was excellent with a 12 min. walk to the train station. A bit noisy at night but to be expected being at the hub of the shopping area. Would recommend better signage however since the hotel entrance is very small and easily missed. Breakfast was plentiful with fresh fruits and hot items. Serving staff were very pleasant as were all the staff. Would recommend this hotel"

"Do to circumstances out of our control we had to cancel our family vacation ! Due to war time and uncertain circumstances! Out of our control ! We were not compensated for our need to cancel and there for very upset for not at least getting some money back ! "

"The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with a full kitchen, as expected. However, our stay was heavily impacted by multiple issues and the lack of on-site support, which made things particularly stressful while traveling with a child. We ended up spending a lot of time communicating with NUMA support via WhatsApp. Although we received a 30% refund, we would not stay here again. "Midden in de nacht ging het brandallarm af. Ik sliep er met mijn kleinzoon van 10 jaar. Mijn kleinzoon is zich rot geschrokken. Kleren aan en snel trap af naar beneden. Er werd geen duidelijkheid verschaft. Brandallarm ging uit en we konden weer terug op de kamer. Daarna nog weinig meer geslapen van de schrik. "

"Le personnel n'est pas chaleureux. Il y a un manque de renseignement et de communication. Il n'y avait pas de lit pour un deuxième enfant, on nous a seulement procuré un matelas par terre pour notre 2 ème enfant alors que c'était censé une chambre pour une famille de 4 personnes.
