"This hotel will be our new home from home. We tried different hotels in the area in the past. It is elegant, clean, great staff, and a lovely restaurant downstairs. We stayed in Unit 10, which has a loft with a beautiful bathtub and high ceilings. The double head shower was fantastic as well. We seriously don't have anything bad to say about this hotel and highly recommend it. If you are worried about the lack of a receptionist desk, which I was, don't be! The door keys will be on my our phone...

Helaas was de jacuzzi buiten werking, maar dit werd netjes opgelost met een korting op ons verblijf. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. "Tolle Lage, sehr nette andere Gäste. Leider einige Handtücher, Bettwäschen und Wände nicht sauber. Nur die Lüftung des Hausboots war etwas laut zum schlafen. Sonst sehr nette Unterkunft in einem ruhigen schönen Hafen."

"We booked into the hotel and expected to stay in the hotel with a chance of overlooking the canal, but when we checked in we were sent across the road to a seperate building which felt unsecure, and as we were on the first floor we could hear everyone walking past our room and loud voices and doors slamming constantly all times of the day and night. The room was clean and basic but ok. Bathroom was good and clean. Would not have booked this property if we knew we would be staying separately from...

"Not impressed, certainly not a 4 star hotel or experience, young girl with thick eyeliner on the desk is very rude! Hotel is cashless wasn’t made aware of this before we got there. Swimming pool is small, cold and the surrounding floor is slippy, the rooms are odd there are no doors on the bathroom. No robes or slippers are provided. No mugs to make tea or coffee. It’s also a good 45 minute walk into the city centre. "
