"The hotel is actually a ship on a river where car cannot reach. But the hotel did not provide any assistance to carry our 2 super huge luggage,1 small luggage, and 2 large backpacks in the rain to the hotel. The facility is very old and not maintained well. Our room was super tiny with no space to store luggage. The carpet was old , and a few cabinets doors were difficult to open due to a missing handles. "When I arrived at the middle of the night they lied about not receiving the payment. They wanted me to pay again, but only in cash. When I contacted Hotels.com they apologised and told me that the hotel had told them that we arrived 4 persons, even tho I was alone. I would strongly recommend Hotels.com to remove this hotel from their lists, and to all future customers; Stay away! This is only fraud!"

"The room was big and clean. Staff very friendly. Location of the hotel is excellent. The only thing I didn't like was the speed of internet. Also breakfast was very repetitive."
