"Such a cool hotel! Very clean, our rooms set up differently but worked well. The location is great for getting around the city."

"The property has some issues which are we were told IHG policy. For example there is no way to communicate with the front desk as there is no phone in the room. Therefore in case of emergency ' one could get ill ' and have no way to communicate. When we asked the question in this regard the person on duty stated if you get sick there is nothing to be done. This is Company policy. RIDIULOUS ! Another example we needed some additional towels. The only way to get these I had to take the elevator...

"Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr klein. Das Zimmer hat gerochen und war nicht sauber. Es hat getropft aus der Decke im Badezimmer.Die Fenster waren nicht isoliert und es war sehr laut nachts. Die Lage ist gut. Würde nicht wiederkommen."

"The location can’t be beat! I really enjoyed my stay with my view of the canals and easy access to sites and transportation. Would give five stars, but I had a refrigerator that didn’t work and after reporting it there was no follow up. There was also a lot of construction going on in the lobby and at times some of the services were not available. I would stay here again."

"Great stay and nice location"

"The tram room has bed bugs in there. We couldnt sleep at night and had to leave the room at 5 AM because the bed bugs were biting us non-stop. My wife is taking medication for all the itching they caused, its red and swollen. Avoid this hotel at all costs please for your own well being."

"Good location! There is a handy tram stop right outside that takes you into the centre of Amsterdam in 20 minutes - a great way to get around the city. The room was comfortable, only a shower in the bathroom however. The breakfast buffet was 10/10!"

"Honest review; This hotel was said to have a free shuttle to and from the airport. Apparently their policy has changed and now it's costs 5 euros to get to the airport. They did give me one day of free vouchers but the last hotel who's policy changed between when I booked and stayed honored it so I felt like that was a downside. I also was scolded for smoking far away from the door that said no smoking, to seeing 8 gentlemen standing right in front the next day with no one saying word to them....

"Staff were lovely, thought the lobby looked great but the rest of the hotel looked very run down, room was clean, tv didn’t work which wasn’t too much of a issue as didn’t spend much time in room, location is good"

"The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Rooms were clean and cozy. The bathrooms were well maintained, but at times lacked toilet paper and paper towels. Showers were clean at the beginning of my stay, but by the end of the week, they smelled like pee and had hairs all in the drain. It does not appear that the staff cleaned the showers regularly or at all, for that matter. Carpets throughout the hotel were stained and dirty, which was very unfortunate because that could have made a big...
