One minus point, there is no outside covered area for the smokers. I know they are a dying breed but to pretend they don’t exist is not cool. "

"I'm coming from another country with bags then I discover that there is only stairs to take the bags and I have to take it by myself which is very hard for me.
I receive the room without cleaning and ful of insects. When I complain they didn't do anything only the security help me by changing the room"
