"Clean room with great sized balcony overlooking beautiful lake. Property is amazing and very well maintained. Restaurant breakfast was very good and even the public washrooms even the reception lobby were super clean. Highly recommend!"

"Great stay overall. The location is very central, though Gravenhurst isn’t big, this hotel is in a convenient spot with plenty of quick dining options nearby like A&W, Subway, Domino’s Pizza and Popeyes. There’s also a Sobeys and Dollarama right next door, very convenient indeed. Parking is free, plenty of spots and is shared with the shopping plaza around. The property itself is clean and well-maintained. Staff were very friendly, check-in was quick and smooth. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, though the pillows were a bit too soft for my liking. The bathroom was clean as well; water pressure in the shower could be better, but it still got the job done. There’s a small gym and pool on the ground floor (didn’t get a chance to use them). The complimentary continental breakfast covers all the basics like waffles, cereal, coffee, breads, pastries, eggs and bacon. Nothing extraordinary, but decent. A special shoutout to Michelle, the breakfast room attendant, she was fantastic. Very friendly, attentive and really made the overall experience great. I highly recommend this location."

"Great hotel, very clean and spacious hotel. Lindsay at the front desk was great with us for check-in, and helped me sign up to be a Marriott member. Pool was quiet and nice, breakfast was good for variety of options. The room was so spacious and comfortable, will be coming back again !"

"We had an AMAZING time at The Inn At The Falls! We absolutely loved our room with an incredible view of the falls and picturesque landscape surrounding it here in Bracebridge. We couldn’t believe how big our balcony was at “The Mews” section of the property. The room was lovely and had everything we needed. There’s a nice electric fireplace… a rather large ‘mini’ fridge, microwave, Keurig type coffee maker, a huge desk, and sitting area. We were pleasantly surprised that there was a considerable variety of items to choose from for a 'continental' breakfast which was complimentary. The staff is VERY accommodating and friendly. They made us feel welcome and at home. We will definitely come back here to experience this wonderful inn in the summer!"
