"This hotel was amazing. From the moment we walked on the premises we were greeted by friendly staff who helped us with our luggage and made our check-in very easy. The lobby is nice but the view of lake Ashi was breathtaking. The onsen was something special. It has multiple baths and an open air setting that will be hard to top. "旅館旁有便利店，不用擔心因位置比較偏僻，晚上想買點零食也不行。房內有風呂，足夠兩個人一起浸，可能因此大浴場不是太多人浸。晚上在大浴場浸完，朝早瞓醒懶行再在房間浸一次，一流！食物有質素，魚生片很新鮮及大塊，我本人不太吃魚生的也吃了五六片。但要留意晚餐時間，旅館真的最後入坐時間是六時半，不要抱有旅館會為你留餐的期望。"

"A good place to stay and relax. Only down side is that there are some communication barriers since I don't speak Japanese and the staff doesn't really speak English, but they did try their best to communicate with you, things like prepared cards and using translation app on their cell phone."

"お世話になりました。家内が姉妹と子供達と一緒にこれまで何度か滞在していました。家内の勧めで私は初めて伺いました。今回は家内と息子家族と共に宿泊しました。 2才半の孫と様々なアクティビティを楽しみました。食事もとても満足しました。リゾート滞在の雰囲気を盛り上げるホテル全体のデザインが素敵で大満足でした。さて、是非また滞在したいですが、幾つかの知りたいことやお願いがあります。 1. コネクティングルームはあるのでしょうか？ 2. 洗面所に拡大鏡が欲しいです。 3. 他のホテルにはあったのですが、90センチ程度の子供にフィットする浴衣やパジャマがあったら嬉しいです。こちらでは最小が110センチと伺いました。"

"Beautiful onsen, very hiddrn and quiet. Seems like an authentic Japan experience for foreign travelers. Wonderful private hot spring baths. Choice of western or Japanese slerping arrangements. Ie. " オーシャンビュー8Fの部屋で、眺望も良く綺麗に清掃されていて広い部屋でした。担々麺が夜食に食べられるのでしたが、ビュッフェでお腹一杯、次回来た時にはぜひいただきたいです。熱海駅前の商店街散策は離れていて、バスの最終も間に合わず、行けなくて残念でした。また、友人にもお勧め、リピートしたいホテルです"

"It was a really nice experience. It was great that we had to take our shoes off at the entrance it really sets the vibe tha this is a true Ryokan. The room was super clean and well thought out. The facilities overall were excellent as well. Onsen was super clean and the Yukatas that they provided were fun and comfortable to wear during our stay. "

"Our stay at Hakone Suisen was wonderful. The hospitality and warmth of the staff made us feel genuinely cared for. They have a well-managed indoor and outdoor onsen.
