"I did not stay long enough to make use of the amenities, so I cannot speak on those. I will say that the curtains appeared to cover the window decently however when morning came I found that they did not and the sun was beaming in waking me much earlier than I wanted to be woken up. "No towels in room on arrival. When I went to desk to request towels I was told they couldn’t dry linens .Fire doors opened to stair wells no closed due to carpeting . Elevator inspection expired. Pool was not maintained: slime residue on pool. I had bathed grandson in antibacterial soap. Door to pool area was rusted, safety closure not functioning , propped open with a towel. Ants on multiple surfaces in our room . Required me to clean room with sanitizing wipes. Fire occurred Sunday morning in...

"Absolutely enjoyed our four-night stay at the Jailer’s Inn—great location with several great restaurants and taverns close by. The Bourbon Trail with several world-renowned distilleries, is also close by. Paul, the owner, and all his staff were extremely welcoming. The breakfast each morning was delicious. Private parking is available too!! A definite place to enjoy Bardstown and take in the area's history. We will be back!!"
