My room was spotless hotel staff are amazing very friendly and even after they're closed they will still let you come to the window and get a Coke out of their machine and take your money and go get it for you and they only have to do that cuz they have one in the back but I like what they got in there and they're so dog friendly they're breakfast is amazing and the Room keeper comes by every single day this place is drama free that I don't see no bugs in here ever nothing I really really like it.

Staff was good & moved me to a different room because of loud rap music next door. Was same noise untill 2 am. Thermostat doesnt work. You getted blasted then have to turn off. Shower will scald you then freeze. .ounted shampoo & soap bottles after entering there all empty. Theres large hot plate in room.WHY ??? Its not staff fault but this entire property needs demolished. Theres 4 Hispanics in single bed room next to me running there duallys all night. I wont stay there again.The breakfast and coffee is only reason i gave 2 stars.

Oatmeal and fruits got to have coffee, love the mini waffles. Staff is professional, room is cleaned daily. I haven't used the laundry yet but it was clean.

My room was clean smelled Great the front desk staff was amazing also the housekeepers they do a perfect job no bed bugs first thing I do when I come in let's look for bugs

Not the best but not the worst by far!

Customer service at the front desk was the best part. The room was tiny, over priced(though given the high demand during the festival i get it),decently comfortable bed, and clean room. Though there was some toilet paper jammed in the corner of the ceiling in the shower. Could use a bit of an update!

Could use a facelift sits that's to an airport so you have to hear the Jets once in awhile taking off however for the money it is a good stay with a very comfortable and very clean room I would just suggest updating and giving a few coats of paint looks like it hadn't had a remodel in about 15 years

Was not at all what the pictures displayed online. Rooms were old and need updating. Door didn't totally close, Toilets didn't flush well. Shower was slippery and had no grab bars. Bed was comfortable.

property is noisy. The facilities not very well maintained such as poor plumbing. Shower had bery poor pressure & toilet difficult to flush. The tub waa old and stained. TV remote was broken. However room was clean and staff was courteous.
