"This was a good option for a night near Schiphol? Clearly well run and very efficient. Delays checking in gave me an unsolicited voucher for a drink and huge apologies. I was in an accessible/disabled room which made for a strange wet room toilet combo with minimal space around the sink? Wish I had been advised of this as would have requested different room? Handy shuttle with pleasant and professional drivers? "

"Go to the hotel early 9AM check in was at 3pm. Had to wait which was totally understandable. Room was immaculate, super clean. No dental pack in the room had to call front desk to inquire. They couldn't bring the dental pack to me i had to go down to the front desk to get it, keep in mind i have to take two lifts. Apart from that everything was perfect. Will i come back? Yes."

"The staff was helpful, pleasant, and flexible. Susan the Front Desk Check in Manager was excellent and friendly and professional. Above and beyond with customers. "Jag och min vän stannade här för en konsert i närheten i Ziggo Dome och detta hotell var den perfekta vistelsen! Jag hade inte så höga förväntningar, men de visade att jag hade fel. Personalen var mycket vänliga och hjälpsamma. Vi fick checka in innan incheckningstiden eftersom rummet redan var städat. Rummet var snyggt och perfekt för två personer. Frukostbuffén har allt du kan behöva och restaurangen och baren var också utmärkta. Jag skulle verkligen rekommendera hotellet!"

"Great place with friendly staff, quirky decor. A bit away from the city centre but conveniently walkable from the metro. I was grateful for the quiet atmosphere that is hard to find in hostels. Pods were clean and spacious. The locker was very secure and well accessible under the bed - though the bathrooms needed a bit more attention, especially in the mornings as lots of people use it all at once. Overall, nothing to complain about. The food and coffee at the restaurant was pretty great....

"Our stay in New West was great. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Fron Desk staff are very helpful and accommodating. Special thank you to Nikki and the other FD agent with curly hair (sorry, i didn't ask her name), they are amazing! The only thing to keep in mind that rooms don't have fridges, but it could be requested for an additional cost. Location is easy to get around. Overall, if you're looking on budget accommodation, New West Inn will be a great choice. "
