"Staying at Avanos was an experience out of this world. The room was extremely well equipped to cook and it was immaculately clean. Having a complete Turkish breakfast looking at the stunning landscape with hot air balloons was lovely too. Nazlim is a great host, always with a smile on her face, she guided us in everything we needed it. She booked tours and guided us to make the red tour by ourselves at not extra cost. "The manager Ali was incredibly helpful. He arranged for us to have a hot air balloon ride after our original reservation was cancelled; he arranged airport shuttle.
