"The hotel is set up high with amazing views all the staff were very friendly and very welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble from help in retrieving bag left at airport to booking trips. The room was excellent and grounds well maintained. We loved our stay here. One small change would have been some local food in the restaurant in the evening as was totally Japanese. "Asim in front desk was really awesome . I left my phone in the taxi I arrived and she was able to track it down and got the driver to drop it back to us . Hotel is amazing with walking distance to town for restaurants and shopping . Ballon viewing from the terrace in the AM was truly magically when over 100 balloons in the air . Breakfast in the morning was good as well ! We will definitely stay here when we come back . "
