"This hotel was truly a hidden gem! The spa and hot spring facilities were incredible – clean, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. What really stood out was the genuine hospitality from both the staff and other guests. Even though the staff didn’t speak English, they made a real effort to communicate using translation devices or by finding someone who could help – and they always did it with a smile.

"No breakfast, no restaurant, the shower area in the small bathroom was ridiculously tiny (60x40cm). So little sound isolation that you could hear children running on another floor.
