"What I booked online is not the room I was given. I booked a premier king suite and it looked like someone went bargin hunting for used furniture and put it in the suite. The couch had stains on it and looked unclean which in return made me not want to use it. The curtains were stained, it looked like the windows had not been clean for months. I went to use a towel only to find red rust stains on it or at least I hope it was rust. Both toilet seats had chips in them. The quality of the...

"Wonderful hotel and location!"

"The room was poolside ocean 1st floor, which was great for a recent knee replacement patient. Spacious room with comfortable beds. Full stove worked great. Spacious cold refrigerator. We will be back."

"This stay is right on the beach! The beds were comfy and we had plenty of towels between the 3 of us. I gave this 4-stars due to the strong smell of wet dog that lingered throughout our stay. I would love to see an upgraded coffee pot/Keurig in the room. Other than that, I would stay again!"

"Noisy hvac Couldn’t turn off the noisy fan!"

"I stayed 4 days and loved it I definitely will be back I hated to leave everything was perfect I felt like I was home 💕"

"The room was nice. Very good service at the resturants. Great river view. Convenient to downtown Wilmington."

"The hallway and room had a " odd"smell. Maybe stuffy or old odor. The phone didn't work. Clerk didn't want to honor the reduced price on the website once we arrived. She just said she couldn't because I registered online."

"The property was very nice and the staff was super nice. The hotel is located in a perfect area and close to restaurants and great shopping"

"It was good place to stay the night"

"This was my first time staying at a Trailborn hotel. Based on my stay, I will always look for Trailborn properties. The restaurant food was great. The bar service, OK. There were a few cocktail orders that were wrong or interesting interpretations. Loved all the amenities (hot tub, sauna, bikes, easy surf board rentals) and the staff was all very nice. The hotel was very leaky when we had a huge rainy day. They only came to clean our room once in 4 days. I was told at check out that I was...

"Went to Kure Beach for an overnight fishing trip I had 3 rooms )my mom/dad, uncle/his significant other and myself/husband) all 3 rooms were clean had balconies with an ocean view hotel was walking distance to the fishing pier…the staff was very friendly"

"The property was fine overall. The location was great and the pool was nice. The hotel appears to have undergone recent renovations, but unfortunately, our stay was marred by a cockroach in our second-story room and, even more disappointing, the front desk’s response. After spotting a cockroach on the property’s sidewalk the first night, I found one running across our second-story room floor the following morning. I caught it in a disposable cup and brought it to the front desk. The employee...

"The property overall was fine. I didn’t realize that it was a compact hotel. The staff lovely but we stayed during some sort of kids tournament and those kids were left to their own devices and made an extreme mess of the hotel. The gym, pool was all out of sorts."
