"All was good except the Lounge Staff. I felt like I was not welcome there. Ordered 2 beers and a cheese platter. Waited 20 minutes after the beer and no cheese platter. When I asked about it, the guy was non-caring and relied with a "will bring it now". I told him to forget it and left. He Tried getting a tip as well. :). After that, I ordered room service and the service was Excellent!"

"It was our first stay at this hotel in Hong Kong and it didn’t disappoint at all. Our Suite was spacious and clean, staff were amazing and the shuttle to MTR and Airport was a big plus for us. Breakfast was pretty good and we enjoyed it every day. "

"Hotel advertised airport shuttle but when contacted day before trip none was provided. Also swimming pool was not operational. Self service laundry was available and rooms were clean. Staff was helpful and courteous."

"The hotel looks nice until you reach the room. Everything looked better than the room did. The room was ok but not what I expected. The room had an akward set up and the carpet was all stained. The door was so heavy to open that it would be difficult for some people. The biggest downside was the room that we had. Looked nicer in the pictures. The location worked well as it was close to public transit, attached to a mall and close enough to the places we wanted to see. The staff were also great...

"Second stay at this hotel. Wish there’s a pedestrian crossing with escalators to reach hotel from the railway & metro stations. The street in front of hotel is always busy & chaotic. Pedestrian walk in front of hotel is broken, busy & not even. Very convenient walk from back of hotel to restaurants & shops. Staff was friendly; room is clean & smells fresh. We had a room high enough to see the big square leading to metro & rail station. We enjoyed the stay."
