Property is located in a great location, lots of amenities, including shopping restaurants and supermarket right below the hotel. Close to transit and subway station. On site laundry facility with lots of machines and folding area. Bathroom was a little dated, good value for the price.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff was great. Special thanks to Kenji from the game room he was very helpful! And a big thanks to the general manager of the hotel because we spilled something on the carpet and they helped us clean it at no cost. He was really nice about it. Besides that you have restaurants, convenience stores and shopping all down stairs of the hotel!

Great staff always helpful. Housekeeping needs to step up a notch, I often noticed my tables were not cleaned daily, missed 1 day collecting garbage. They always made the bed. The bed was a bit firm for my back. Room 1404 needs a brand new bath tub and new shower head, The current bath tub was in bad shape. A complete renovation would be nice for my next trip

I am very satisfied with the good price, clean room (1st 2 nights' room wasn't great but the 2nd trip when we were back was excellent), helpful staff service including front desk, the concierge, and the housekeeping. Love their convenience location as well. Airport bus just in front of the hotel. Lobby was always busy even with the locals. I guess it's because their lobby is accessible to the sky bridge of MTR. One of the elevator was down whole time which created a little inconvenience. We stayed 2 nights before and 2 nights after the China trip this time. We had been this hotel for several times. Will definitely stay again for the future!
