"Advised the hotel we would arrive late, when we got there we were advised our rooms had been on-sold. NO pool even though it is advertised as having one! NOT close to the beach/sea even though advertised as being so. No English speaking staff on duty, even though advertised as being so. Filthy rooms. A TOTAL MISREPRESENTATION AVAOID IT LIKE THE PLAGUE. "

"Very nice hotel. Staff were friendly but struggled with communication. Don’t know of any good restaurants near by. Not too far from train station. Breakfast was a very good selection. Laundry service was very fast and inexpensive! Close to museums and shopping! I did manage to find a nice place nearby with a garden style."

"한달에 1번 디엔차우를 방문합니다. 방문때 마다 묵는 호텔입니다. 가성비 좋고, 위치도 좋습니다. 모든 직원들이 친절하지만 특히 프런트(리셉션)의 cao thi lan huong 매니져님과 nam씨 그리고 하우스키핑의 nhung를 칭찬하고 싶습니다. 한가지 아쉬운점은 4성급 호텔에 비해 조식이 조금 약하지만 간단히 아침을 먹기에는 부족하지 않습니다 다음번 방문시에도 무엉탄디엔짜우호텔에서 묵을 예정입니다."

"Stayed during Tet. Rooms and hotel dated and in need of upgrade but ok. Price during holiday very cheap otherwise rating would be lower. Breakfast very limited and average at best. "Tecco hotel Located a little bit off the main road and rather quit. No speaker for official announcements around here. Friendly and alert ladies at the reception, helped me organising my bus trip for next morning. Room clean and functional equipped and with a neutral smell (no smoker room smell despite it was a smoking room). Mattress a bit hard but ok. Warm water available, air con not tested.
