"Advised the hotel we would arrive late, when we got there we were advised our rooms had been on-sold.
NO pool even though it is advertised as having one!
NOT close to the beach/sea even though advertised as being so.
No English speaking staff on duty, even though advertised as being so.
Filthy rooms.
