"Our room had no housekeeping service.during our stay of 3 nights. I found towels and cups in hallway and took them . I found a housekeeper and gave her our trash on day day 2. Not what I typically experience. This is our only complaint. The staff was excellent!!"

"Just spent five nights there. We stayed on the 10th floor and had an amazing view of Clifton Hill and the falls. We watched the fireworks from our room every night! The staff were excellent! This hotel is right at the top of Clifton Hill and walking distance to the falls."

"Our stay was great! The Oaks was having maintenance issues so we were given accommodations at the Hilton. We were given an upgrade as we checked in to a 2 bedroom, so a definite bonus! Our view was amazing 👏 Everything was great from our arrival to our departure. "

"Great place to stay and visit Niagara and go to Fallsview indoor water park. Close walking to Clifton hill. "

"The hotel was a little dated/weathered but fit our needs just fine. The room was clean and staff was quick and efficient. Hotel was a quick walk from Clifton Hill and not far from the WEGO bus stop. This location was very convenient."

"We arrived earlier than stated check in time to leave bags and head out but they had a room ready for us which was great and much appreciated. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was a very generous size. Hotel has 7 floors and has 2 lifts. Breakfast was included and had plenty of options. Breakfast room did get busy but they make you aware of this and there is a guide to best time to eat to help plan for this. It was less than a 10 min walk to clifton hill.
