The staff were kind and polite. The room wasn’t very clean and the beds were poorly made. It is a super convenient location for all things Niagara.

Overall great stay, location is great! Conveniently close to attractions. Staff were great. Just a 4 star rating because needs more TLC. Rooms had dents and marks on walls and curtain had stain. Bed was comfy and view was great of the strip.
