"We loved Nin Binh and the Emeralda was our favorite hotel… we took 2 tours that we booked directly through the hotel, and they were awesome! Our guide was Dung, for both days, and he was great. We also booked our transportation to Hanoi through the hotel and it was very nice! If you think you want a massage, book early! We only got 1 out of 3 attempts because we tried to book to late."

"I did not get the right type of room I booked ! I did talked with the receptionist when I received the room key, he said they were run of room for the one I booked, he would refund me the difference when I checked out. However, no refund was issued and when I called hotels.com rep. the hotel even decline what they promised. For the room, I was given the room near the food elevator, avoid this room at all cost, because, in the morning, all of clothes would have food smell. "

"Friendly staff and big clean room. Breakfast was ok. Hotel was abit far from the walking street, more than 10 minutes walk. Really disappointed with their air conditioning. We cannot set the temperature in our room. We called reception few time throughout the night to set the temperature cooler and they cannot do it. We couldn’t sleep the whole night as the room was warm and sticky. Lucky it winter can’t imagine how hot it will be in summer "

"We loved our stay at Limestone. Dzung and Dep were unbelievably friendly and helpful. I left my phone in the Grab, and Dzung was instrumental in getting it back to me within an hour. He and Dep made us a wonderful breakfast and helped us plan our day. Dep did my laundry and had it waiting when we returned from our day of activities. The rooms were AMAZING!! Absolutely huge! And the views from the balconies (we had 2 rooms) were beautiful. I only wish we had stayed longer! Our train ride to...
