"Not clean, very small bathroom, leaked. Missing hairdryer, ….."

"The room smelled like feet. The sheets were dirty and smelled like and musty BO. The Tv, the clock and the hair dryer did not work at all. The bath tubs was of suds and the balcony had toenail clippings all over it worst hotel. The only thing that was nice was the chairs facing the creek. I would not recommend it to a homeless person."

"Perfect weekend away. View from the room was outstanding as was the view from the restaurant. Bed was comfortable room was peaceful not cowboy tacky. Pricey, but worth it."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, but starts late at 8am. Also, they effectively stopped putting hot food out at about 9am(breakfast ends at 9:30). It didn’t affect us, but some other later-arriving guests were surprised and upset. We had water leaking into the bathroom from above and it was clearly an unaddressed maintenance issue. All that said, we really enjoyed the stay and will return."

"Quiet room"

"Breakfast was great room was clean only complaint was that the TV did not work but they offered to let me change rooms. Very nice staff."

"Everything was good and the breakfast also"

"Great customer service with last minute booking. All staff very friendly. Breakfast included very convenient. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean! Definitely recommend!"

"We called the front desk regarding late check in, and they were super friendly and helpful. It definitely made our trip a success. The Motel is in a quiet and convenient location to hiking in the North Cascades."

"The inn is located on a river within 3-5 minutes of the historic center of Winthrop. It is pet friendly and the grounds are excellent for walks. I met the owner and she is friendly. We would happily stay here again."

"The lodge is great. Staff is great. The food is great. Rooms were clean. The free breakfast is great. Really enjoyed the experience."

"For $70 a great value for my one night stay. Unit was very roomy and bed was comfortable. Surroundings were very quiet through out the night."

"Clean, comfortable with everything I needed. Walking distance to town and trails."

"Beautiful location, well furnished unit. I had problems with the water not being hot enough for my liking and some insects that found their way into the unit before I arrived. EV charging was great."

"We were here in the fall after the golf course closed and “winter pricing” was in affect. We were told it is quite busy during peak season, but it was darn near abandoned in November. Beautiful place with one golf course still under construction, more condos recently completed…lots going on for future amenities. Room was open and roomy with high ceilings and fireplace. View was gorgeous! We’ll be back!"

"Staff was very polite and nice, but we had paid in advance with hotels.com 3 months earlier - and were charged again when checked in, Howard’s hotel said they couldn't help our situation, (since they had changed or updated their computer system) and it didn’t show where we had paid.. but hotels.com contacted them and we were reimbursed so all turned out well.
