"We were given 3 door cards and none of them worked. We had 2 reprogrammed and didn't bother with the third anymore. It was odd that there was no closet to hang your clothes. Never seen that before. The toilet paper holder was quite a stretch from the toilet. The showerhead was a good height as we are all tall. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were a bit small. "I’ve stayed at the Westin Harbor Castle a few times in the past and I have never been disappointed. From the greetings as I pull in with my car, the check in is quick, the elevators are fast, the rooms are clean and quiet, the lake view is great… check out was fast and easy. Valet service was quick… this is a great place to stay if you are looking for somewhere downtown near the lake walking distance to pretty much everywhere, or you can hop in your car, or use public transit, ride share service...

"Confederation Place is on the Kingston waterfront at Princess Street. It is right in the center of dining and shopping. Our room had a spectacular view of the lake. Staff were very helpful."
