"The one (very important thing) I asked for a wake up call for 6:30 AM. Whoever was suppose to call but DIDN'T. I made it to my appointment just barely but no time for a shower.

"This property must be in the wrong part of town. Three vagrants were sharing a bottle of whiskey in front of the door as we arrived. We spent about 10 minutes in the facility considering our next move. We did not see even one guest in the lobby, elevator, hallways, or dining room while we were there—the place appeared abandoned. We did not check in but went to another hotel instead. Expedia refused to refund our money. Avoid Expedia—they handled this problem terribly!!!"
"This is a 95% French speaking college and apparently they don’t speak English very well. I had issues even phoning them about checking in and they said that no one would be on shift after 11 PM and I’d have to wait till the next person gets on shift in order to check in. I said that won’t work with me and cancel my reservation. They swore at me in French as I did take French for 11 years. I did not end up staying there because of a huge communication issue and disrespect. I cannot say that I would promote this place. Sorry. I want to refund. I did not stay there."
