"It was a great stay, albeit pricey one. The facility is outstanding, majority of staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Jacob, at client services was great and made sure we understood everything, knew how to find any amenities. Negative, there was no daily room service during any of the 4 nights we stayed. "This hotel is absolutely amazing. The morning breakfast is plentyful and the options are great. The evening kickback is a selection enough to have dinner and be able to save that money. The pool was big with plenty of seating, hot tub, splash pad for the kids, pool side bar and food. Rooms were nice, clean and all the amenities you need.
