"Check in was terrible room was not ready at 4pm. Buildings elevator did not work for a good portion of the first day. the door lock died we were locked out of our room for about 1.5 hours till about 1am in the morning. "

Youseff was quick amd friendly and Layla also so nice. Gave us beach tips. The room clean and amazing. Big. Had beautiful balcony with pool view. We were building 15 room 403. The atmosphere was family friendly, but not overtaken by little kids. Plenty of pool Space and chairs. Also alot to do. Hourly activities, pickleball, shuffleboard,...
